Kevin Nash has stated that he knows a wrestler working for WWE who accepted a fifty percent reduction in salary. Despite this adjustment the performer continues to earn a very large amount of money. Nash explains that he maintains several contacts throughout the wrestling industry and therefore is aware of multiple individuals who agreed to similar cuts. He specifically recalls learning the earnings figure for one of those wrestlers and reacting with surprise at the total.
