Rob Bonta Paramount Skydance Warner Bros. merger lawsuit
Paramount has been accused of blackmailing an entire state to push through its $111 billion acquisition of Warner Bros. Twelve state attorneys general filed a lawsuit to stop the merger of Paramount Skydance with Warner Bros. Discovery.
