Kouji Miura, creator of 'BLUE BOX,' has announced that WSJ Issue #33 will be sold through made-to-order sales, and notably without the One Piece promo card. Miura apologized for the inconvenience caused by the scalping incident, adding that she doesn't have 'that particular kind of shock.'
