Spider-Man: Brand New Day China pre-sales

Spider-Man: Brand New Day just crossed $10M in pre-sales in China, only the 6th Hollywood film to do so post-COVID. It's got a 10-day cume of $12.7M so far, already beating Godzilla vs. Kong and closing in on Avatar: Fire and Ash. The opening day alone is the biggest for any comic book movie post-COVID there, topping Deadpool & Wolverine and Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3. Projections say it could be the first CBM to open above $40M and maybe even the 3rd Hollywood film to hit $70M+ opening. China is also one of just 3 markets getting IMAX for opening week, since The Odyssey doesn't hit until August.
