Andrea Pirlo recalled being terrified during the 2006 World Cup final penalty shootout because Italy had lost every recent shootout. He told Fabio Cannavaro 'I'm scared' twice, got no reply, then on the third try Cannavaro finally snapped: 'Shut up, Andrea! I'm about to lift the World Cup in a few minutes!'
