Dave Meltzer reports that Bayley has not signed a new WWE contract yet. The only intel from the company is that she faces a choice. "The only thing I've heard from them (WWE) when it comes to Bayley is that Bayley has a decision to make. So that's the story, Bayley has a decision to make." Meltzer compares this approach to AEW boss Tony Khan, noting neither leader uses the tactic every time: "I think they're doing the same thing Tony (Khan) does, or has done, he doesn't always do it. And they don't always do it." If Bayley signs, a TV return is expected. "When she signs a contract I'm sure she'll be back on TV." The likely storyline involves aggression toward Lyra. "But I think the situation with her is if she signs a contract she'll probably come back and attack Lyra, and that'll probably be her storyline." Failure to sign means no return.
