Multiple sources are pointing at Shakira bringing the Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour back to LATAM later this year. DR is looking at November for Festival Presidente, Bolivia also in November, and Brazil in December. Nothing confirmed yet but the rumor mill is spinning 🔥
