Iran's foreign minister shut down fresh talks with the U.S. Qatar and Pakistan are still passing notes but that isn't negotiations. No decision to restart anything. Old channels are dead and they're scrambling for a temporary one. The Islamabad deal was supposed to end the war for good, not some 60-day pause needing extension after fighting kicked off again.
