RFS just dropped the global press freedom rankings and Norway leads with a 92.72 score. The Netherlands sits at 88.92 in second place, followed closely by Estonia at 88.54. Denmark holds fourth with 88.47, while Sweden comes in fifth at 87.61. Finland ranks sixth with an 86.22 score, Ireland is seventh at 85.93, and Switzerland takes eighth with 84.83. Luxembourg rounds out the top ten spots with 84.14, and Portugal follows at tenth place with 83.71. Czechia is eleventh with 83.01, Iceland twelfth at 82.77, Liechtenstein thirteenth with 82.62, and Germany fourteenth with 82.17. Lithuania lands fifteenth with 81.34, Belgium sixteenth at 81.17, Latvia seventeenth with 81.00, and the United Kingdom eighteenth with 79.45.
