Kehlani just announced her first artist signing to Billboard. The new talent is Ezra, a 19-year-old from Fresno, Calif. He produces and writes everything himself. Kehlani says his voice sounds like a grown man with a family at the house and that she sees the same little spark in him that she had at 19.
