The Premier League market is completely irrational. Chelsea has paid Nottingham Forest 53 MILLION EUROS for Liam Delap. For Liam. Delap. The striker scored only 2 goals during last season. You can argue whether players deserve their price tags, but the disparity makes normal debate impossible. The prices handled in England are light years away from practically any other market on the planet. The Premier League market plays in another league. It is a completely out-of-control market.
