The budget reportedly landing near the $100M mark puts this among the priciest horror productions ever, and Sony is going all-in on the format side too. Roughly half an hour of the runtime is getting the exclusive IMAX Expanded Aspect Ratio treatment, with every frame run through IMAX's DMR process.
