Rob Nelson confirmed via TGG that GTA 6 includes a sleep tracking system where rest levels directly influence character attributes and regeneration rates. The game tracks multiple data points to determine if you are well rested, with the status visible through an in-game menu or a smartphone fitness app. As Nelson put it, "It will say whether you're well rested or not.
