Final chapter of Fungus and Iron is hitting the cover of Bessatsu Shonen Magazine issue 10/2026, wrapping up the series at 10 volumes. Ayaka Katayama's sci-fi action tale follows a dystopia where fungus takes over human brains and strips away free will. A soldier crosses paths with a resistance group and picks up iron to fight back. Hajime Isayama, the Attack on Titan creator, has given it praise. A TV anime is on the way too. Kodansha Manga handles the English release.
