an 11-1 split ended Lindsay Clancy's trial in a mistrial after the lone Black juror refused to vote for not guilty by reason of insanity. fellow juror Nick Dargie said the holdout reenacted strangling Clancy's children with an exercise band and water bottle. he called the act disgusting and noted it left everyone else speechless.
