The unfairness of the old system is what sticks out most when you hear AJ Lee talk about the past. She describes a time where women were fighting over one crumb while men got the whole feast, a setup designed to keep them distracted from the real resources. It was genuinely hard back then, but she acknowledges being lucky enough to grab the biggest piece of that single crumb and squeeze every bit of value out of it.
