US gas station price signs hitting $9.999 limit

So the pumps are basically outpacing their own signs. Across the US, fuel costs have climbed to a point where a lot of stations can't even show the real number anymore. Why? Most price boards weren't engineered to go past $9.999. So what happens to the display for Unleaded, Plus, Premium with Dinocare, and Diesel #2? It just maxes out, leaving drivers without an accurate read on what they're actually paying. #UnitedStates
