Ukrainian minibus smuggling arrest

Ukrainian authorities detained someone who wanted €10,000 per person to stash draft dodgers in a hidden roof compartment of a minibus before driving them across into Romania. The whole scheme involved smuggling people inside the vehicle's roof structure.
