Odell Beckham Jr. on Giants return

    作者 Yutaofficial: Odell Beckham Jr.

Odell Beckham Jr. says returning to the Giants roster would be a great day, noting he never wanted to leave the organization. He grew up at 1621 Dufasa Street, listening to games on Friday nights before walking to a gate where he saw a team in green and white playing. He didn't know then that Eli and Peyton Manning were there, but his lifelong ambition was always to win a championship for the Giants. All he ever wanted to do was be great, and those goals still matter as current pursuits. #OdellBeckhamJr #EliManning

I have a good big goosebumps when you say it. It'll be a great day. I'll tell you that, it'll be a great day. And just knowing this place, all I ever wanted to do, you talk about leaving, like, I never wanted to leave. I wanted to win. I wanted to see Eli go out. Like, I grew up on 1621 Dufasa Street. Every Friday, I was listening. And there was a lot of noise going on. And I'm like, all right, what's that? So one night I was like, I'm gonna just walk out the house. I look down the street and I see lights down there. Walk all the way up to the gate, put my hands on the gate. I see a team playing there, green and white. I was like, I think I wanna play here. Never knew this was Eli and Peyton's school. But all I ever wanted to do for the Giants organization was win a championship. All I ever wanted to do was be great. And those things still very much matter to me. And it's still the things that I'm striving for.
