Cody Cameron's fame is rooted in his prolific behind-the-scenes work in animation rather than public celebrity. As of August 2026, iFANN's Global Fame Engine has evaluated Cameron but he does not currently hold a placement in the published rankings, including the Global Top 1,000 or any Top-100 scope list. This absence from ranked lists reflects his low-key public profile, despite his significant contributions to major animated franchises.

Cameron's fanbase, while appreciative, has no formal name or organized community. There is no documented fandom title, and no evidence of coordinated fan campaigns or rituals. Fans of the Shrek franchise occasionally praise his comedic timing in comment sections, but this interaction remains informal and scattered across general animation forums and social media.

His fame, such as it is, derives from his voice work as Pinocchio and the Three Little Pigs in the Shrek series, and his directorial roles in films like Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2. These achievements are recognized within the industry and among animation enthusiasts, but they have not translated into widespread name recognition or a dedicated fan culture.[编辑]

Cameron has voiced multiple characters in the Shrek franchise across four films, including Pinocchio and the Three Little Pigs. He also appeared in Madagascar as Willie the lemur. Interestingly, he transitioned from storyboarding to directing later in his career. His work often involves animals, reflecting his early interests in animation.

One of the most retold stories about Cameron is his near-ubiquitous presence in the Shrek universe, having appeared in every feature film, as well as video games and television specials like Shrek the Halls (2007). This consistency has made him a familiar, if unheralded, figure in the franchise's history.

Another notable fact is his directorial debut with Open Season 3 in 2010, followed by co-directing Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2 in 2013, which grossed $274 million worldwide. These credits demonstrate his versatility and longevity in the animation industry.[编辑]

As of 2026, iFANN currently estimates Cody Cameron's net worth at $5 million, a figure built primarily from his voice acting in animated films and his directing work. His earnings stem largely from roles in the Shrek series and other DreamWorks hits, where he earned per-project fees that accumulated over time. Residuals from streaming and merchandise sales of these popular franchises have also contributed, as animated films continue to generate revenue long after their initial release.

In recent years, his net worth has seen steady growth due to re-releases and spin-offs, such as Puss in Boots: The Last Wish in 2022. While specific investment details are not public, it is plausible that real estate or creative ventures in California play a part. This growth reflects his long-standing presence in animation, where consistent work leads to reliable income.[编辑]
