Rey Fénix's fanbase has no formal name, but has grown organically through his high-flying exploits in promotions across the globe. Though the fanbase lacks the formal structure of some larger fan groups, its members are known for their fervent support, often bringing homemade phoenix-themed signs to events and organizing coordinated chants during his matches. The fanbase's most notable ritual is the 'Rise from the Ashes' gesture, where fans raise their arms in a flame-like motion whenever Fénix delivers his signature Phoenix Splash.

In the realm of global fame, iFANN's Global Fame Engine has evaluated Rey Fénix but he currently does not hold a placement in the published rankings. This means he is not among the top 1,000 most famous individuals worldwide, nor does he appear on any Top-100 scope list. Despite his absence from the rankings, Fénix's influence is undeniable, with media coverage spanning multiple continents and a dedicated following that continues to grow with each gravity-defying performance.[编辑]

Despite his high-flying moves, he rarely suffers serious injuries, a reflection of his careful athleticism. He and his brother Penta are known for their synchronized double-team moves in the Lucha Brothers.

One of the most retold stories among fans involves a match where Fénix, despite a torn bicep, completed a grueling triple-threat match in AEW, delivering a Phoenix Splash from the top rope to secure the victory. The moment became legendary, with fans often recalling the sheer willpower displayed. Another iconic moment occurred during a Lucha Underground taping, where Fénix performed a 630° splash, a move rarely seen in professional wrestling, leaving the audience in stunned silence before erupting in applause.[编辑]
