The eleven members who had just been thrust together unanimously elected him their captain, a moment fans still cite as proof of his natural authority. That night he placed third, and the fanbase that would follow him through disbandment, military service, and a solo career was forged.

His fandom, known as HAN_A, is a dedicated global community that spans his time in Victon, X1, and his solo work. They have supported him through the abrupt end of X1 in 2020, his return to Victon, and his solo releases like Fame and TOP NOTE.
