Leak It

Flo unveiled "Leak It" on March 20, 2026, as the opening track for their second studio album, Therapy at the Club. The trio pivoted from their signature smooth R&B sound to a pop-forward style that echoes early 2000s British girl groups like All Saints and Sugababes. Julian Bunetta and Grant Boutin handled production duties alongside writer Steph Jones, creating a blend of dance-pop rhythms with the group's characteristic vocal harmonies.

The lyrics tackle modern celebrity culture and social media dynamics through a narrative about strategically releasing personal photos to capture attention. The chorus features the hook "How can I not leak it? / I look so good, you look so good / Maybe we should all leak it together," which frames self-assertion within the context of digital fame. This approach marks a distinct shift in the group's artistic direction while maintaining their core identity. [编辑]
