Nicolas Cage commands a global attention that spans decades of cinema, from his early dramatic breakthroughs to his recent status as an internet icon. According to the iFANN Global Fame Rankings, he holds specific positions across multiple geographic and professional scopes. He is currently the 240th most famous person in the world, having moved up one spot since the previous cycle. Within his home country, he ranks as the 77th most famous person in United States, a slight dip from 76th place. Among those born in the United States, he stands at the 92nd most famous person from United States, maintaining his position from the prior assessment. In North America, he is positioned as the 76th most famous person in North America, holding steady against competitors. His standing within the film industry places him as the 46th most famous person in Hollywood, rising from 47th in the last update. These metrics reflect a career trajectory where eccentricity has become a defining asset rather than a liability. The fanbase surrounding him operates without a formalized name, functioning instead as a decentralized digital community that celebrates his "National Treasure" persona. This group has actively championed projects like the Prime Video series Spider-Noir, turning his unique acting choices into a shared cultural language. Fans frequently reference his willingness to embrace absurdity, creating a feedback loop where his real-world reputation fuels his artistic selections.[编辑]

Nicolas Cage owns a pet crow named Merlin and once possessed a private island in the Bahamas. He describes his approach to performance as 'Nouveau Shamanic,' a blend of improvisation and performance art, famously stating, 'I'm not a method actor. I'm a mad scientist actor.' Despite persistent rumors suggesting he is a vampire, he has consistently denied this claim. A collector of comic books, he sold a significant portion of his collection for $1.6 million and once owned a nine-foot-tall dinosaur skull. Standing six feet tall, he maintains a distinctive public image. Beyond these facts, legends have grown around his career milestones. The 2026 Netflix lawsuit involving the lost master copy of his WWII drama Fortitude has entered pop culture lore as a bizarre tragedy where a major studio allegedly destroyed a Nicolas Cage film entirely. Fans also cite his role in Vampire's Kiss as the quintessential performance launching his reputation for intensity. The casting of Cage as Spider-Man Noir in the 2026 series Spider-Noir is now viewed as a modern iconic moment, bridging his legacy of oddball comedies with superhero mythology.[编辑]

Per iFANN's editorial analysis, Nicolas Cage's net worth stands at $25 Million as of 2026. This figure reflects a career built on high-stakes roles, including peak salaries of $20 million per film during the early 2000s for titles such as National Treasure and Ghost Rider. He founded Saturn Films, which produced Shadow of the Vampire and The Life of David Gale. His investment history includes the sale of a comic book collection for $1.6 million and the ownership of a nine-foot-tall dinosaur skull. While he has held various high-value properties, including a castle in England and a mansion in Las Vegas, financial volatility driven by lavish spending and legal fees required the liquidation of many assets. Recent critical acclaim and commercial success in projects like Mandy, Pig, and Longlegs have helped stabilize his finances following years of fluctuation.[编辑]
