Over his career, Robert Davi has been recognized for his contributions to film and music. He received a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Long Island International Film Expo in 2015 and an Italian American Heritage Award from the National Italian American Foundation in 2014. St. John's University awarded him an honorary doctorate in 2019 for his contributions to the arts. His debut jazz album reached No. 6 on the Billboard jazz charts, and he was ranked among Premiere Magazine's Top 100 Villains in Movie History for his role as Franz Sanchez.
